Eyecon maintains an informal and friendly working environment that has the feel of a small company. We maintain a nine to five working day in which employees are able to work autonomously and individually structure their tasks. We have built a strong team environment where cooperation and respect are key to achieving task goals. We aim to create an atmosphere that supports our team based approach through a thin layer of management and open communication channels, removing inflexible decision making structures and creating a collaborative approach.
While this team structure is important, we also recognise the needs of our individual employees.
